Well we decided blowing insulation would be a bit pricey and not so clean. So, off with the old sheetrock, pull a few boards, insert insulation, replace boards and on with the new drywall. What a difference! Now I wish it would get cold...lol. Just so we can see the difference. The reason we went with this is in the corners there are angel braces up and down on both sides of the corner. These are 2x4's so it creates compartments. Since we aren't planning on siding the house this was a much cleaner option. Now for the living room we finish the drywall mud, wrap the beam and post, paint, floors, trim...done with this one! lol...to us this sounds good.
